Barclays Bank Statements issue

My Bank Statements (For all my accounts) normally get produced on the 29th-31st of each month, about 2 days later they are available online, mobile app and account Management Kiosk (Branch), Usually they send them out the next day (Paper Copy) and Arrive 4-7 days later in the post,

29th October Bank Statements have arrived (Post) but not available online or mobile app/in branch

as i was in town today popped into branch, they checked for me and can see My Bank Statements were Produced on the 29th and sent out on the 30th but couldn't find any online copy at all,

The staff were very friendly and helpful and requested the Bank Statements to be Available online within 48 hours,

If not Available online by Monday told to go into branch with 31st Sept and 29th October Statements and they will raise the issue as High Priority to fix it,

So is anyone else having online statements issues

No issues for myself. This is a strange one, especially as if a paper one has been produced then it should be in your statement list in the app too.

In branch did you try to print it from one of their self service statement machines? Or their did they try to do it on their own system?

When I was in branch today, 29th October Statements weren't Available via Self service machine and the helpful member of staff was confused as to why the Bank Statements weren't showing up and tried to print the statements via their System but was having no luck at all as could only see the date it was produced/sent out and think it's an it issue,

They did request it to be Available online within 48 hours, if not to come back Monday/Tuesday with my 31st September and 29th October Bank Statements (For all my Accounts) so they can check what's going on, they will raise the issue as high priority to hopefully get it fixed ASAP and to see if they try can print them again to see if issue has been fixed
